Received and booked a really good rate. Now I cannot get any type of confirmation of reservation, or cancellation, and vm is always full. They charged my company credit card, but I can't get any receipt to submit. Has anyone else had problems with them? TIA.

I have honestly never heard of this company and also do not see them listed on the list of authorized transportation companies on the airport website: https://www.orlandoairports.net/parking-transportation

If you don't hear from them within 24 hours I would recommend stopping the charge with your credit card and booking with a reputable company such as Mears..
