When we came back from Orlando on 11/8/22, I noticed one of the Security queues was marked with the yellow Sunflower symbol for Hideen Disabilities. The Line was still fairly long, but not as long as the regular line and hopefully, the TSA agents staffing that line have had special training. The website does say using the Sunflower Lanyard doesn’t provide shorter wait or expedited screening, but does let people know the wearer might need assistance.
Sorry - didn’t get a picture, but here’s a link to the Orlando Airport Accessibility page, scroll down for a tile with a link to the information. It says travelers can get a Sunflower Lanyard from the information desks.
