Orlando Aiport Hotel

I am looking for recommendations for a hotel close to the Orlando airport? I know the Hyatt is in the airport, but that is more than I want to spend - looking for something that has a free, 24 hour shuttle - we'll be arriving late and will be going back to the airport early next morning to pick up ME. Any suggestions - just needs to be clean, nothing fancy!

Both Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express have "airport" locations close to the airport's NORTH exit. The HI is directly north at the first traffic light on SR436 whereas the HIE requires a left turn at that same light followed by a 2-mile drive along the frontage road. But still close.

I'd use PL. Bid for a 3.5* hotel. That fails try 3*. I wouldn't risk a 2.5*. One (or more) of the 2.5 hotels don't offer a 24/7 shuttle. A taxi fare willl offset any savings.

My memory is some of the 2.5* hotels stop their complimentary shuttle service at 11p. Won't be an issue if your flight is schedule to land at 6p.

People seem to be winning hotels for $45-$55. You can use biddingtravler.com to automate your bidding. They sometimes suggest a starting bid which is too high. I'd suggest starting at $40 (lower if you want) with a max bid of $50-$55.

I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn and it was very nice. Free Breakfast. LaQunita is another option.

No guarantee you'll wind up with a free breakfast with PL. Make sure you bid low enough to cover the cost of breaksfast or use Hotwire.

The OP didn't give any dates. Isn't the regular room rate dependent on dates?
I see a regular rate of $89. ???
