ordering stuff from dlp

is there a website where you can order stuff from dlp. we came back 2 wks ago had a fab time, bought dd a exclusive to dlp nightdress then left it on the eurostar.: rang eurostar but no trace of it. dd was devastated. wondered if anyone knew a web address or phone number. thanks

DLP do offer a mail-order service, although I've never used it so can't vouch for how well it works from the UK.

The email address / contact details are available on the back of 'any' receipt from one of the DLP shops.

If no-one else has posted it by the time I get home, I'll dig it out - I've loads of receipts at the moment from my visit last week.

When I was there last week there was a snowglobe I fell in love with but with the packaging it made it too big and heavy for me to manage as hand luggage and I certainly didnt want to risk them throwing it on the plane home!!!

They gave me the product number and email address.. and I emailed them on Saturday morning,

Still waiting to hear back but I am worrying that they might not be able to read the email in English..

Have any of you had experience in recieving replied from them?

I emailed them once about a book ~ they did take a few days to get back to me so hang on in there.

If you email them in English, they will always reply in the same so there is no need to worry about language. I found the book cheaper somewhere else in the meantime so didn't actually order from them but I do remember the postage was reasonable.
