Ordering Mini-Cakes

Did anyone ever order a mini-wedding cake through a hotel or at a resturant? How would you go about doing that? I thought that is would be a nice touch since we arent able to get married there, we could have it on our disneymoon!!

Hmm do you mean a mini wedding cake?

if so these should be ordered through the GF bakery and must be eaten at a GF restaurant...at least this is what I have been told.

I'm not sure if this is the info you are looking for, but I stumbled across this thread on the restaurant board the other day, and it seems to have a lot of great pictures, as well as some phone numbers and pricing info.

those prices are so cheap! what a fun way to celebrate your honeymoon/any other event! i'd love that for a private night with wine! so fun!

Also, those 6-inch nonpersonalized cakes for $12.50 can be ordered when you check in for your dinner at most Disney restaurants. However, these are kept frozen in the back, and apparently they aren't very good...

yes but you can have fresh ones ordered in advance and personalized( of course not as yummy as wedding cake but not half bad)! They are just the standard choc/ vanilla flavors though! We did this for father's day for dan's dad....

If anyone needs this number let me know I will dig for it.

These were the mini cake we had made by the GF bakery. I think they were around $24.

This was the mini wedding cake we had for our 1st anniversary. I actually had the concierge at the Poly take care of getting it for us and we had it served at Narcoossees. It was chocolate with vanilla buttercream frosting. I also got the slipper dessert because I always wanted to try it
