Ordering groceries at OKW VERSUS Stopping off-site with a taxi and shopping.

I understand you can order groceries from OKW and have them delivered before arrival at
a cost of $5.00 for the service. Has anyone ever done this? How do you know what is
available? Are the groceries a lot more expensive than if we buy them off site?

We will be flying in and taking a taxi to WDW. Apparently some taxi services allow for a 15 to 30 minute stop to buy groceries. Where is the best place to have the taxi stop? Thanks for
any info you can provide. You disney lovers are such a great help to us first time visitors!!!!!!!

We always rent a car and go to a local grocery store (not Goodings), so I can't answer your question.

Just thought of something else - if you're not renting a car, then many of the town car services offer a 30 min grocery stop on the way to the resort from the hotel - might be cheaper to use the towncar service with the stop than use another way to get to teh hotel from teh airport and then pay a taxi to go shopping.

Just a thought!
