Ordering from Disney?

Once upon a time, there was a number you could call to order things you’d seen in the parks.
Does anyone know if this is still possible? This was years ago at WDW and I didn’t buy something while I was there because it was expensive but then I decided I just had to have it.

People on this forum are way savvier than me about what’s going on at park now. But hearing you all talk about Goofy gummies and things made me think about ordering some Disney treats for the holidays as I won’t be able to go to park at Christmas this year.

Please share any info you might have. Again, this was not through Disney Store, but from the parks directly.

Thanks in advanc for your help!

As far as I know, they've pretty much done away with direct park ordering and tell folks to go to ShopDisney, which carries a limited amount of park merchandise. There are re-sellers and personal shoppers, but they tend to mark up the cost of items and are not affiliated with Disney.

Thanks for response, I figured as much. Since the Disney Store went down the tubes, we’re just out of luck. Shop Disney doesn’t have all that much to offer.
Time to get creative!!
I have gotten desperate a couple of times and ordered from Magical Ears Collectibles or something like that. Have to pay a premium but can get stuff that way. My wife loves the Disney Parks calendars and they often sell out right away on shop Disney. This year, we got it direct, but have had to use magical ears a couple of times

I find it frustrating to order online, because, and I realize this is an unpopular opinion, but we do NOT like glittered items. Firstly, we can't stand glitter in the house. We don't allow it. Secondly, to us, it cheapens the look of the item. While it is meant to "enhance it by adding the sparkle", it really doesn't look good to us. Lastly, the glitter is not something we want to "rub off on other items" in our home. Don't like the thought of glittered bed linens, etc....not to mention getting it into the washer and dryer/clothing.

So, I usually find an item, then have to research it in many instances, to ensure that it's not glittered. I know we'd love the holiday countdown calendars, but they always glitter those, so we'll never own one. Most times, we have to pass, on the item.

I've used "Your WDW Store" for a couple of things in the past. Caveat is they are WDW-centric and the prices are high.

The Parks did away with the Disney Merchandise Dept a few years ago.

We were just at Disneyland for a few days and on one of them I saw a person carrying multiple huge bags of merchandise out of DCA. I kinda wondered if it was one of the people who run or work for these kinds of sites.

Wouldn't surprise me. We saw similar at WDW in May.

I don't really have a HUGE problem with an actual 'personal shopper' who goes to the parks with 2-3 people's orders to fulfill. They'll walk out with what, maybe 5-6 tshirts, a handful of pins, and some other random items (assuming they aren't filling someone's Xmas list). They're buying specific items for specific people. But I don't really like it when a 3rd party merch reseller buys up dozens of items with the specific purpose of flogging them on various websites. Technically I think that's what Your WDW Store does (AFAIK) so I guess I'm guilty of using one.

This happens daily, multiple strollers even full of items. It's 100% going to eBay or Amazon resellers. Disney is trying to control things with "two item limits", but honestly- guests just buy two things, leave, get back in line and buy two more.

I know that's free market- it's just sad to see tourists, or once in a life time visitors miss new merchandise.
