Ordered Photo Album Onboard, Still Waiting to Receive It

We bought a (physical/hard copy) photo album on the Disney Fantasy on our cruise the first week of April. It seems strange to me that nearly 4 weeks later we still haven't received it. Has anybody else ordered one? They did mention a few week production time, but at what point should I contact Disney and ask?

Bumping my own earlier post because I still don’t have the album— does anyone know the best point of contact to figure out what happened to our onboard photo album purchase?

There is a photo issues subject on the contact form of the website where you can also ask about missing photos on your account.

Sometimes it does take a long time, I remember my September cruise someone waiting til Christmas for the photoalbum (it literally arrived the day before Christmas, she posted in the fb group)
