I know this has been asked but I couldn't find it by searching. What is the number to order park merchandise?

Also, does anyone know if I will get to use my AP discount?

There is a particular shirt I want to order for my husband.

There is also the Shop Parks App, but that mostly features WDW merchandise. The phone number above is for both DLR and WDW, so be sure to specify you're looking for a Disneyland item. Yes, they do honor an AP discount, but it is only 10% (they also honor the Disney Visa discount).

Wondering if you would happen to know, or anyone, and I know it's unlikely, but can you use an AP that is your ticket for WDW while shopping at DL? We are going on a first trip to DL May 7-14, and we'll just have regular tickets there, but our WDW AP is still good till May 21st. It would be good at the DisneyParks app, so started wondering if it would be good for the discount if using while shopping in DL?

I'm going to guess that you won't be able to use your WDW APs to get a discount at DLR. DLR no longer allows WDW tickets to be used for entry, so I would be very surprised if they allow WDW APs to be used for discounts. The only AP I know of that allows entry and discounts at both DLR and WDW is the Premier pass.

I doubt you will be able to use the DW AP at DL because the cashier takes your AP and runs it through the register. Since it is not a DL or Premier AP it will most likely come up as invalid for DL.

I'd call about that and ask. They're good at Disney Stores, so I don't know why that kind of discount wouldn't apply for you at DLR.

How are you getting an AP discount at the Disney Store? I've asked numerous times about a DLR AP discount at various Disney Stores and the online store, only to be told every time that there is no AP discount. There is, however, a Disney Visa Card discount. The only Disney Store that I know of that offers an AP discount is WOD, but that is in DtD so it counts as an on property store.

Thank you, all! Hmm, well, looks like I should call, lol! I know when I called to buy the 60th anniversary dooney and bourke wristlet last summer, I had to call a store in DL, actually DTD, I think. AndI seem to remember her asking me if I had an AP, and I did, and used it for the discount! So, that's why I was thinking maybe it would work in the park, as well.
