Hello All,

For my daughter's sweet sixteenth birthday her and four of her friends are going to Universal. Since we have never been to Universal I really need advice.
I have several questions.
My Itinerary so far is...

Day 1
Fly down 8:00ish flight so we arrive in Orlando at 10:00ish.
Check in at Hard Rock Hotel
Lunch and afternoon at Universal's Island of Adventure
Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe

Day 2
Breakfast in room and head to Universal's Island of Adventure
Lunch in the Park
Dinner at Bubba Gump's

Day 3
Breakfast in room and head to Universal Studios
Lunch in the Park
Dinner - undecided

Day 4
Breakfast in room
Hang out by the pool until flight

Any suggestions for meals???
Second off...I was curious if anyone had an listing of rides from most popular to least.

In Universal Studios they want to go on.....
Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit
Jurassic Park
The Mummy
JAWS
The Simpsons
MEN IN BLACK Alien Attack
Shrek 4-D
E.T. Adventure
(is this the most effective order possible or...)

Anyone any ideas for order of rides in Island of Adventure?
Rides: The Amazing Adventures of Superman, The Incredible Hulk Coaster, Doctor Doom's Fearfall, Popeye & Bluto's Bilge-Rat Barges, Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls, Jurassic Park River Adventure, Flight of the Hippogriff, Dragon Challenge, Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey.

Finally does anyone have any general ideas to help enhance our experience, again I am experienced with Disney but a newbie to Universal.

Thanks again so much.

It doesn't matter what order you do the rides at Universal when you have unlimited express passes. Use your early entry to IOA and go to Harry Potter an hour before the general public gets in. Other than that, you can just do the rides in whatever order you want.

:thumbsup2

I think it would be fun for them not to follow any plan but just explore and know that they can repeat, repeat, repeat and just be totally spontaneous!

our touring plan is this.....

"oh look. 'x' ride."

"wanna go?"

"ok....."

that's all there is to it :thumbsup2

Jurassic Park is in IOA.

I haven't been in awhile but being a thrill ride junky I'll take a stab....

1. Forbidden Journey (can't miss ride)
2. Spiderman
3. Dragon Challenge
4. Hulk
5. Rip Ride Rock-it
6. The Mummy
7. The Simpsons
8. Jimmy Nuetron
9. Dudley Dooright Falls
9.5- Jurassic Park (forgot this one)
10. Popeye
11. Men in Black
12. Jaws
13. Disaster
14. Terminator
15. Shrek

I screwed up the order a bit but for the most part those are the attractions I want to go on most.

See potter first and then just make a circle around the park. Flash your room key and you will pretty much walk right on to everything. Dudley, Jurassic park and Popeye ride will get you soaked so plan for that. if you drink pop buy a souvenir cup not the meal deal cup and share with family. it's 6.99 and refills are only 79 cents. You can use it everyday. I ate at Pastamore in Citywalk and liked it alot. Pretty cheap too. i think there are coupons for it and other citywalk spots at save orlando or something like that. I'll find the link for you. In the park the food is pretty limited I brought snacks and only ate lunch there once. I got pizza and it was decent.
