Order of fast pass collecting

A couple years ago we went to DL resort in July and I posted asking the best order to collect fast passes in...I printed off the page and it worked like a charm. Now we are going again in July and I can't find that paper! I can't imagine that I threw it away but I can find it nowhere in my DL planning papers. So, what order do you all collect fast passes in when you are there? And what is the best order for DCA...I know that RSR will be the first one on that list.
