Orbitz summer 2015 discounts now available

Checked at midnight and Orbitz's Disney summer discounts were loaded, though not yet on Disney site.

Discounted summer rates also up on Priceline and Southwest Airlines.

WOOT! Thank you Orbitz! Got the 20% off for the sale for Coronado standard room 7/20 to 7/27 and then 15% off with takeabreak code. Went from $1,590 to $1,080 Aweosme! I noticed Coronado was the only moderate with the 20% off standard rooms

Same here I am totally excited...I FINALLY chose CS after a lot of research, then as of this weekend CS was showing NO standard rooms and the preferred rooms were too high. But with the discounts, I got a preferred room at CS for less. I'm so glad, because once I finally settled on that one I was sad to have to change!

Also for anyone reading...right now (Mon AM), Orbitz seems to have more hotels available with the Disney summer discount than the Disney site has.

I have a trip from Aug 24-Sep 1...Should I book the 24-27 portion now through orbitz and wait for the next discount period for the remaining dates? Or should I wait for the next discount period and book the full vacation together? Any advice would be appreciated!

The summer sale rooms are going fast. I would book what you can now; you can always change or cancel later, as long as you do so with minimum 5 day notice.

I agree...book both now through Orbitz and use the Disney discount rates+ Orbitz discount for one, and only the Orbitz discount for the other. When Disney discounts come out for the later portion, HOPEFULLY they will be for the same room as you already have booked, and you can call Orbitz and cancel and rebook the second portion under the new dates.

Thanks! Booked with the discount at pop century for 24-28! I will wait for the fall discount period to get the remaining dates. Not sure if we want to stay at popcentury or do a split stay at a moderate for the remaining time so I am ok with a bit of flexibility.
