Orbitz rebate up to 4.8% on Ebates . . . good time to buy?

The Ebates rebate on Orbitz activities is up to 4.8%. I've been watching it for weeks now and it has been at 3.75% since about a month ago when it was 4.8%. Not anywhere near the 20% we got back in spring 2014, but I'm wondering if it is a good time to pull the trigger . . . we leave in 3 weeks. We'll upgrade to AP's while we are there, so the ticket price going up isn't a factor for us. Input? They have buy 4 day hopper, get the 5th day free, so they are $300 apiece.

I would buy them now, or no less than 2 weeks from your trip. Sometimes Orbitz will not have the tickets available if it's too close to your trip because it can take that long for them to get transferred over to Disney's system.

I noticed that the amount of Orbucks earned is less when directed to Orbitz through Ebates rather than using the Orbitz app directly. It may still add up to more of an overall discount though when combining the Ebates rebate plus the lesser Orbucks than using just the Orbitz app. Anyone successfully double dipped at the maximum possible for each?
