Orange Lake vs. Wyndham Palms Resort & CC

We are heading to WDW in May with 2 toddlers (eek!) and plan to rent a 2-bedroom villa. We've narrowed our search to Orange Lake Country Club (through Skyauction) or Wyndham Palms Resort (through Hotel Kingdom). This is the former "The Palms - A Tempus Resort", not the "Windsor Palms, formerly Wyndham Palms", the independently owned vacation homes.
Has anyone stayed at either or both of these resorts recently? Our main concerns are distance from the WDW parks, the "toddler-friendliness" of the pool areas, washer/dryer in room, and convenience to grocery stores and family friendly restaurants. Please share any info you have about either of these resorts. Thanks!!

I would be interested in hearing about Wyndham Palms Resort .We booked it though through Hotel Kingdom. We are going in March 5-8 just a quick trip to get rid of these snow blues

We own at Orange Lake and it has many kid oriented pools. Also a washer and dryer in each unti. I've been going there for 13 years and I love it.

I don't know anything about Wyndham, but we have stayed at OLCC. We went last Feb with sons 11/2, 3, & 5 and they loved it. In one pool section there are interactive fountains(they loved these the best), zero entry pool, & a baby pool with a mushroom in the middle with water coming out of it. There is a little jungle gym inside the clubhouse and an outdoor playground. There is a little beach where they can play in the sand. There is a shuttle that takes you around and my boys loved it. We stayed in a 2 bdrm through sky auction. It was wonderful. All the conveniences you need. A publix on site and a restaurant with an ice cream shop in it. Check out their website. Hope this helps.
