I don't know of any promotion rates/packages available, but many here on the DIS have bid/won stays at OLCC through Skyauction. You don't say when you're planning to go. OLCC comes up frequently on Skyauction, by itself (auction specifically for an OLCC stay on certain dates) or as available in the Ready Set Go auctions. We won 2 consecutive weeks in Dec and are paying only $672 total for both weeks--we had to bid considerably higher for the second week...but still feel we got a great deal overall.

Haven't seen any special promo deals here in a little while. The studio units that some promo guests used to be given can be substandard so if you do find a promo deal, only accept a nice hotel stay or a 1BR or larger unit onsite for your accommodations. There are quite a few owner rental weeks available in the TUG Classifieds, if that interests you. HTH.
