Orange County Convention Center area

Does anybody have any recommended hotels or condos near the Convention Center? We last stayed at Bonnet Creek and loved, but this time we're going to Orlando for a different purpose. It will be adults only and we would like a place with a nice pool with a bar area and possibly a restaurant. I would prefer a condo/time share similar to Bonnet Creek, but hotel recommendations are appreciated, too.

Vista Cay Resort is right next door to the convention center. It is the only short-term rental property in Orange County other than condo hotels. There are luxury condos and townhomes and a 10,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse with loads of amenities. No bar on site or restaurant but right next door a Publix, Chinese Restaurant, and NYPD Pizza, that has sit down services and sell beer and wine.
