Options recommendations from Sanford air to wdw - we don't drive

Hi
2 adults flying from uk into Sanford - is getting a town car our only option as we don't drive?
We will be staying on wdw , then a couple of days later we will need transportation to port canaveral for a cruise . Could we get discount by booking two trips?
Would love to hear your thoughts / advice

I would just pay the hefty price for a car service. It won't be cheap though. It's $200 r/t from Sanford to WDW. And that's usually the same priced between port and WDW.

That's what I figured - I know Fltours sponsor the dis but are there any others that anyone recommends so I can compare quotes. Thanks
