I do know that these are not "Oprah's Favorite Things" anymore but it is fun to watch.

As an FYI I saw yesterday that on Monday she is doing a second Favorite Things show for the audience after the one who got in to todays show. She has them believe they just missed out and then SURPRISE you get the stuff too. It looks insane.

Thank you and the OP. I like to watch the Favorite Things shows. They give me ideas for Christmas gifts. I set my DVR to record both shows.

It's a two part show. The other part should be on Monday I think. I think it's nice for Oprah to give out the gifts. I wish should wouldn't say how much they cost. That kinda of ruins it for me

Does anyone know how she selected the audience? I heard her say she was giving it to those particular folks because they were such givers themselves, so I assume somehow she found out they were volunteers or heroes of some sort.
