Opinions on Rise of The Resistance Timing

Two questions only you can answer:
- How important is this ride to you? If you were to miss it, would it be a blip on your radar or a huge disappointment?
- How much would it disappoint you to "spend" your day's ticket on Hollywood Studios, then get in and discover that you couldn't ride?

Not the end of the world if we can't get on that first half day in the parks. We have another morning booked later in the week for HS. We still haven't seen Galaxy's Edge at all, so still totally worth it to go to the park no matter how it works out.

If it’s a non stop flight and you are still scheduled to depart on time by the time 7 am rolls around, I’d take a shot at the 7 am BG. The very earliest you’d get is a 9 - 10 window - but that’s not very likely … and if that does happen, then I’d appeal to a cast member. No guarantees, but I think your odds of riding one way or the other are good.
keep in mind that Sept 4 - aside from being my birthday - is the Saturday of labor day weekend and the park will likely be crowded. So, I’d give 7am a shot - if you get it, you have. Good chance to ride and if you don’t, you’ll be allowed to try again at 1

I would take your chances at 7 am. We were succesful at the 7 am drop both days we tried last week. The first day we were in BG 29 and rode around 10:45 - the next day we were 53 but were not called until nearly 4 pm, so it is pretty unpredictable......

Lots of flight delays and long lines at rental car counters recently. I would give less than 10% odds to be in the park by 1pm and definitely have a second day at HS if RotR is a priority. Fwiw, we almost always have better luck getting passes at 1pm than 7am.

If we try at 7am and don’t get a BG, can we try again at 1? Or can you only try once? We have reservations for HS and plan on being there open-close.

You can try at 1 if unsuccessful at 7. People who are successful at 7 just can’t throw it back and try again at 1!
