Opinions on Fastpass Plus ressies, please

I have two days I am torn about where to make my reservations. First week of August, 2 adults, plus boys aged 13 and 10 (meaning I am spared the Anna and Elsa madness).

Sunday (pm EMH at MK). We are rope dropping AK. We normally complete this park by noon. We rarely utilize fastpass normally. I think I have fastpassed EE late morning, to accommodate requests for the 10th ride. We will take a midday break. I have dinner ressies at BOG at 6:30. Because I plan to close MK, I don't anticipate arriving to MK much before dinner. I am leaning towards making fast passes for the evening MK, after dinner, but will I really even need them, since I will be exiting BOG at 8:00 pm. Would it be better to use them at AK? Space, BTMRR, Splash and 7DMT are priorities (but we will visit this park two other days)

Wednesday: opening MK with a pre-opening breakfast at Crystal Palace. Will tour until mid day. I have dinner ressies at 5:45 at Artist Point. One son wants to go to Epcot for Test Track and Spaceship Earth only. The other child is sullen and miserable at Epcot, but must come along to ruin the experience for everyone else. Should I go directly from MK to Epcot with Fastpasses early afternoon? or should I make fastpasses at MK late morning, eat dinner, arrive in Epcot at 8:00, ride two rides, watch Illuminations, and leave (which will probably satisfy my Epcot guy). Note: This is our only time at Epcot (which is why we now do adults only vacays, too)

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
