Opinions on Akershus

I was wondering what people's opinions were on Akershus. I actually just discovered it! I read the menu and it looks pretty good. I see it says that it's American food with a Norweigan twist. Is it still pretty American? My family and I are really traditional eaters

Would you say that it is worth it? Thanks!

If you want to see princesses, it's worth it. The cold buffet is good. Desserts are excellent. Everyone in my family liked their entrees except for me, and mine would have been fine except it was overcooked. But since it's a character meal, your entire experience is princess overload (which is why we went in the first place).

We were thinking of going to the breakfast. Has anyone ever been to the breakfast? The food sounded pretty good.
