Opinions needed on House of Blues in DTD?

My familily, me, dh, dd(11), dn(11) will be going to WDW in november. I was wondering if anyone has eaten at House of Blues in DTD and what your opinion is of the food and atmosphere. We most likely will be eating Dinner the last night of our vacation. Thanks in advance.

We (DH and I) tried it last week. A month ago, someone posted a link to buy a gift certificate there from resturant.com. It was a 25.00 gift cert for 2.00 I think. You needed to spend 35.00.

We had never eaten there and was surprised how packed it was. We were glad we had ADRs. It was loud, did not play blues music and we were put at a very small table. The crowd was mainly tourists, but looked like a few people there on business too.

The food was average. We thought the prices were too high. Even with the $25 gift certificate.

We won't be going back there again.

It's one of our must-dos when we are in Disney. The service is always top notch and I love their ribs.

We always love House of Blues!! The funny thing is it is not one of our don't miss spots but always turns out to be one of the best meals.

We like it!! We usually go on our first night. The service is great, treat our kids well and its a reasonable priced (not cheap but reasonable) place to eat.

Good menu selection. Good food. Reasonable prices (for WDW). One of the safest bets for a good meal in the DTD area.

and restaurant.com does have the gift certificates available...use code MEAL for $2.00 certificate..it prints right off from your computer..we've used them locally for restaurants and there are no problems..completely legit. And we do enjoy HOB so worth it!
