If anyone can post their experiences and pictures of Chip n Dale's Storytellers Cafe for breakfast, I would really appreciate it. We love Chip N Dale and are excited for this breakfast on our upcoming trip. I look forward to hearing back from you! THANKS!

We dined there this past Dec. and we would return! DS got the buffet and DD & I split the Banana French Toast ~ YUM! We visited with Chip & Dale, Brother Bear bears, Meeko & Terk. It's nice and close to the parks. I think the restaurant is lovely. My mom was with us for that trip and when she and my brother visited the parks for 1 day this past March she made time for breakfast there ~ she enjoys it that much.

Just a quick note FairyDust2008 -- if you like BBQ and have some extra money to spend I have read that Chip & Dale hang out around the Celebration Roundup BBQ. There is a thread on the disboards with photos that have Chip & Dale with the guests. If you don't like BBQ or don't want to pay the inflated price you might want to skip it; however I just thought I would mention it since you said you love Chip & Dale.

Chip n Dale hang out at most of the character meals I think ~ well I've seen them at Minnie's (got a picture with both of them earlier this month), Goofy's & Storytellers.

We had a group breakfast there during our Girls' Only tirp back in March. It was good, and the characters were fun!

I liked it well enough, but I don't know if I will go back for a character meal again. I may or may not. I like Chip and Dale, but I can see them at other meals. I have done the Critter breakfast twice - once ordering off the menu and once ordering the buffet. I thought the buffet was a better value because you could get whatever you wanted from a variety of things. The menu items seemed too expensive to me for their portions. Like what would be essentially the size of a Denny's Grand Slam was about $17 (with tax) on the menu!!! That seemed too much money for me for what it was. But as far as the buffet, I like the buffet at Goofy's better. I like the ambience of Storytellers as a restaurant - it is quiet, calm, cozy and warm and earthy, and there is a nice fireplace. It is very laid back for a character meal. But I don't care too much about the characters there other than Chip and Dale. It is basically some of the jungly/woodsy Disney characters that are there - Chip, Dale, Meeko, Terk, with regular appearances by Koda and Kenai, who I could take or leave. So I am on the fence about it, but I would recommend it other people because I know there are lots of folks on the DIS who love the Storytellers Critter breakfast.:goodvibes

The eggs benedict off the menu are fabulous. We all did ala carte there as we are not huge breakfast eaters and DH and DMIL do not care for buffets. I can go either way. But DD is a bit pickier and buffets work great for her. I agree that Chip and Dale are at most character meals if that is your biggest concern.

we had a great time at the storytellers breakfast. we didn't have ps, we were just staying at that hotel and walked down early enough that no one was there. chip n dale were great, as were baloo (sp?) and koda. or kenai. whichever. there were some other characters, too, but i really didn't know who they were. chip n dale were totally cute and awesome with my kids.

i liked the buffet. when we go on vacation we always pig out, and the buffet was perfect for that. lol

Thanks! We already have that one booked :) :) The minute I found out about this new addition and that it was a BBQ and with Woody and Jesse, my kids both begged me to book it so I did! Plus, when I saw the pics of it, it made me even happier with our decision to book. Thanks for the headsup that Chip N Dale hang around this character meal too. We can't wait for our trip:yay::yay::yay: Thank you!

My son was, still is a HUGE Toy Story fan with Woody and Buzz. Although Buzz isn't at this BBQ, son LOVES Woody and daughter is a huge fan of Jesse and because of it being unique with the BBQ and outdoor theme, we immediately booked and have heard some good reviews and seen some great pics of it too. We are very much looking forward to it:banana:
