After 2 long park days, we decided to sleep in a little bit on this day. I was still up by 9:00 and we were out the door on the way to the buses by 10:00am.
We pulled up to Hollywood Studios in what felt like no time.
This entrance looks a little familiar....
As soon as we walked in, we took advantage of a Photopass opportunity:
We were excited to see this view:
I know a lot of people don't like it, but I thought it was cool.
After some quick photos of the hat, we looked at our map to find out where Toy Story Mania was so we could run and grab Fastpasses before they were out for the day. Or return time ended up being somewhere between 4 and 5pm.
After grabbing Fastpasses, we decided to hop onto the Great Movie Ride, as there was no line. And apparently I didn't take any photos of this ride. It was a pretty neat ride, and worth trying at least once.
Then we took a quick walk through the studios before heading over to the ToT area.
On the way to Tower of Terror, we decided to grab some lunch, as we hadn't eaten yet. Yes, we ate just before being plunged to our deaths. We are dare devils, we are.
We stopped at a place on Sunset Blvd called Fairfax Fare for some hotdogs. We used one of our QS points, and so got chips AND dessert too. Too much food!
We both got the Pulled Pork Slaw hotdog, minus the slaw for me. It was really good, but so filling. We ended up saving our chips for later. Dillon loved his carrot cake dessert, but I only had one bite of my brownie, as I was too full from the hot dog. It was good though.
After lunch, we checked our fastpasses to see the allowable time to get another one, and were excited to see we could get one for Rock'n Roller Coaster!
After we grabbed our FP's, we walked the short distance back to ToT and saw it was only a 10 minute wait, so we got we headed in. It was at this point where I found out the hard way that you aren't supposed to take pictures while walking at the same time. I walked into one of the posts separating the lines. Ouch! I had a 5 inch bruise on the side of my tummy for over a week!

What a klutzy I am!
You can see those deadly poles in this photo:
Cool lighting. I had stopped for this photo and every one after that.
Then it was time to take our first plunge!
We love riding this ride with little ones who have never been on. It makes for great photos!
