Operating Participants Cast Member Discounts?

I'm newly hired at an Operating Participant with Disney World. I was just wondering if we receive the same discounts as all other part time cast members? Thanks in advance

It depends on the OP you work for. Each OP has a contract with Disney, that agreement controls what discounts/park admission you have access to. Disney has over 100 companies at WDW which employ nearly 15,000 people... so comparing one OP agreement to another is really quite useless. The best person to ask your discount questions to is your actual managers.
