Operating Hours Changes and ADR's

After reading that the operating hours have changed, we went through and had to change a number of our ADR's. We had to give up a couple places to make it work to which park will will be at for that day to take advantage of the EMH. How many of you went through and did the same?

I've done something similar. The biggest change in my schedule has been because the evening hours at MK switched from August 24 (a Sunday) to the day before. The one thing my partner asked for on our trip was for us to use evening hours at MK and HS, so I knew I had to work it into our schedule. Lucky for us, we had left the 23rd open as a free day with no plan or schedules, so switching the two days isn't too complicated, except for one thing: months ago I booked a late breakfast at CRT on the 24th. Now that we aren't spending the day at MK (although it's possible we will want to spend some of our free day there, I don't know yet what we would most like to do), I can't decide what to do about the breakfast!

I got lucky this time, as the November MK EMH days just switched from between our 2 scheduled MK slots (18th and 22nd). I also had nothing scheduled that late either day and am not yet in our FP+ window, so changes there either. I would say, though, that being an uber-planner, if this had happened with a trip only a month or two away, I'd be scrambling like crazy. We definitely like to take advantage of the evening EMH, since you "lose" the non-resort guests plus the families with small kids that were leaving anyway. Also if visiting MK only one day in a trip, maximizing the number of hours there is a must!
