Opening times for Guest Relations and Ticket Windows

Anyone know how early the Guest Relation and Ticket Windows open at the parks or the TTC? I'll be needing to activate my new AP voucher. Was hoping I could do that before an EMH morning opening. We arrive too late the night before to activate it anywhere. Thanks!

What time do you arrive?

DTD Guest Relations is open until 11:00'ish depending on the day. If it is a PREMIUM Annual pass, Pleasure Island should be able to do the Exchange Certificate up until 2:00am. They ONLY have access to the PREMIUM AP's though.

I had to activate my AP in the AM before a CRT breakfast on a non-EE morning. THe park opened officially at 9:00a but my ADR was for 8:15a and Guest Relations at MK opened at exactly 8:00a with a small line.

Thanks, but our plane doesn't get in until 11:00 pm. They are regular APs and not the premium ones.
