Thanks so if the math is $1,300 for 2 adults 2 kids, that would be a solid purchase price?
That's around my price limit for 4 people in a room. When we first cruised in 2016 we paid $900/ nt for 4, it's definitely gone up since then.

Pricing requests if anyone is so inclined:

Wonder - April 23, 2027 7 Night Mexican Riviera
Cat 4B Deluxe Family OV w/Verandah, 4 adults

Destiny - January 30, 2027 7 Night Eastern
Cat 4C Deluxe Family OV, 4 adults

Thank you.

7-night Eastern - Dream - Nov 13, 2026 - Nov 20, 2026
G 05A 3A $5,987.45 [$2,198.00| [$2,198.00] [$1,099.00] ($492.45 tax) no ins/xfer/air no OBB

Thank you everyone for the help! I was able to book a deck 2 porthole view state room on the eastbound Panama canal cruise, but it looked like there were only a couple left.

I hope it’s okay to ask this here—is there anyone who had a two-room placeholder who was able to book both rooms on the early release day? My TA will be calling DCL to book us when she gets a chance (she cleared it with me that she wouldn’t be able to call right at opening) but I was looking online myself to have a firmer idea of pricing and saw the note that only one room can be booked during early booking.

Rather frustrating to me that you can buy two placeholders but potentially only one gets the early booking benefit (we’re planning to have my husband in the second room for the Silver booking benefits, but the placeholders are in my name).

We have this problem too. We have a two room placeholder and cannot book with it online. Really annoying. We've been on hold since 8:00.

We had a two-room placeholder in my husband’s name. He is Platinum. We were going to book the second room in my name, I am Gold. Our TA was able to book the first room on Platinum day, the second one on Gold day with my status. If you are both silver, I think you should be able to book both today. Hope this helps.

Btw, our TA had to call both times.

So DCL loyalty works on the number of cruises but not number of days, do i have this right? so 5 3 day cruises would get you gold, but if you did 3 7-days you would still be silver?

Sadly. :rotfl2: It's why we just turned gold after 5 cruises, total of 35 nights for those cruises.
