REQUEST: DREAM sailing November 23rd, 2024 - 4-Night Bahamian Cruise from Fort Lauderdale (Lighthouse Point, Castaway Cay)

Looking at 2 staterooms comparing CAT 9 to CAT 8:
2A/1C (age 8) Cat 9C no extras compared to CAT 8C (or comparing 9D to 8D)
2A/2C (ages 4 & 6) Cat 9C no extras compared to CAT 8C

We are trying to determine the cost difference for the larger bathroom.

There is no Cat 8D. I quoted Cat 8A - the very large cabin with 2 portholes and a single bathroom. Deck 5 has 4 with the divider wall - as of noon on Platinum day, Cabins 5022 and 5522 are available. The Cat C just up the hall from each were also available. But Cat 8A does often book quickly.

* If there are Cat 9C that sleep 4 other than Decks 7 or 8 forward, let me know and I will check.

Do you just want to know the cheapest regular Verandah? How about cheapest with odd/small/ slightly obstructed Verandah? Or super deluxe?

Cabin 5522: 4 adults. $6859.08. (Tax included -it is $451.08 for entire cabin). It is a Cat 4E - with the double-wide, extended Verandah.

(A little thrown-in information. Maybe it will be helpful). Deck 9 Secret Verandah cabins 9164 and 9652 - read about them on Disboards posts. The undersized cabins are on Decks 5-9, a few on each deck

The Category 6A are the obstructed view. The variations are not uniform across the board. Cat 7A are called undersized.
