My TA got me the quote, and I asked if I could move further forward and change to late dining. Then I felt guilty and said not to worry about it but she said that she was on hold for someone else and it would take zero time to do my changes. Still waiting.

You can hold a cruise for 72 hours without deposit. But if you forget to call the deposit in, it is gone.

Hi! You can place a 3 day hold on any reservation. If no deposit is made, the reservation will automatically get cancelled.
