we're booked for the Eastern Caribbean on July 28, 2018. Any recommended excursions? kids will be 11 & 7. thanks!
Look at this Summers cruises on cruise fish it will give an idea if prices went up or not.How long are "opening day prices" usually good for? In other words, when to prices begin their trend upward? It seems like the summer cruises are still very popular despite of the pricing, so I doubt any will go down in prices down the road. However, what do I know as I am a complete newbie (just made my first ever DCL booking!).

That's a much better deal than last year. I think when I priced out four people in one inside room it was close to 12k. I we did not take that cruise. We booked the 10-night Norwegian Fjords/Iceland cruise in Aug 2018 for $9776.44 (2 rooms in 11b) with $760 back in Costco gift cards.
I'm sailing on the Dream in May. I'm waiting. I'll either book Iceland or WBTA. I'm not too worried about it. If I was interested in the British Isles I would probably book. It seems very popular.I am curious as to when prices start escalating was well - we are sailing the Dream in 2 weeks and would like to book for next summer then.

Yes, I recall when the 2008 EBPC cruise was released it sold out first day. When I looked on my lunch break there was availability but hesitated and when I got home from work it was sold out. Back then with only 2 ships there was just not enough supply to keep up with demand. Dh & I STILL regret not doing that cruise because it was the only time they offered a PC cruise while kids were out of school. It was the last 2 weeks of Aug that year.Varies massively. E.g. The 4/6 Norway cruise for this summer hardly moved off them from opening last year.
Same for the 10 day Baltic and Iceland. If I wasn't doing this Dream/ WDW trip. I'd be waiting for restricted rates. The ridiculously low airfare offered on Norwegian right now would make it possible.Varies massively. E.g. The 4/6 Norway cruise for this summer hardly moved off them from opening last year.
