I think I am going to jump ship and head to Princess. We did the 9-night Alaska with Disney before, and I don't think we would want anything less than the 9-night. If I am traveling that far from home (East Coast), I want to stay there as long as possible.

And at least with Princess you will see Glacier Bay.

I priced it out for a Cat 4 with 2A1C(5) and it was 3715.77

I am not able to book until tomorrow. How long do the opening prices last? Is it just tomorrow then after that it goes up? I am looking at the Fantasy for August. I have a placeholder booked but with the prices I am seeing so far, I not sure if I should look at other cruise liners.

It depends on how well the cruise is selling. Last year I booked the NYC Cruise and the price went up gradually during the first day because everyone was booking it. They can put a 24 hour hold on a cabin so you can think about it.
