Of course there are exceptions, but generally A is midship, B is further forward or aft and C is the furthest forward and furthest aft. A/B/C just refer to the staterooms position on the ship.

Is June typically a more expensive time to go? I currently have an April 2015 4 night Bahamas for 2A/2C (deluxe oceanview family w/veranda - Cat 4B) for $3300. I was thinking of moving that to a 7 night Eastern Carib in July but not if those prices are indicative of summer pricing....

Yes. I could never pay the summer prices. We did a 4 nighter on the Dream last Jan. for $1492 for 2A, 1C (14), a 6 night Western Car. on the Magic in May for $2400, and a 7night Fantasy Eastern Car. for $3500 last Nov/Dec. 3 cruises last year on 3 different ships, and 3 separate itineraries for about $7500 total. We just booked a 5 nt cruise on the Wonder for $1646 next Jan. but, I understand that everyone can't cruise in Jan and Dec. I feel for those that can only cruise in the Summer.
