I know the discussion of service dogs, and the abuse of service dogs can get a little heated.
Last week, while leaving the Imagination ride and getting ready to short cut it through the rose garden to World Showcase, I saw a little old lady walking in the green area outside of where the rose bushes were. Not a public area. I got a bit worried because I thought she might have dementia and there is that big pond of water on the other side.
Then I realized she was walking a poodle. The dog was not wearing a vest, and was happily peeing and pooping on landscape not meant for the public to access. She was accompanied by a man in his early 40's who appeared to be "on watch" at the gap of the rose bushes that she had ducked into.
When the dog was done with his business he was placed in a baby stroller and the two walked off.
Thoughts?
