Open Thread to VMK_Shorty UPDATE on my inferno

Wow...just wow:sad2: Amazing how that ends up turned around on you even when the proof is given.

If it's a staff shortage issue, then Disney really needs to look at the big picture and either drop VMK like a rock(becuase it is becoming more and more unsafe for kids), or put some money into it.

And as for the form letters, Disney is VERY well known for those no matter where you are emailing. I've had to email back things more then once in the past with different parts of Disney to get answers to questions. They don't read anything and don't seem to care to read it cause they are probably not paid much for dealing with the email. Which is really no excuse but sometimes you have to read them to make sure answers are given right. Otherwise you end up with angry and disappointed customers. And if it is a staff shortage then fix it or make sure they do their jobs better. I totally agree with what Laurabearz said. If something doesn't change with alot of matters in the game and those who are suppose to be helping in Disney with problems and looking into things then its only going to get worse and the end of the game will come fast. Which will be sad but Disney has got to change things to make the game safe again for kids. Put the money in it if that is what is needed. Fire those that don't do the job they are hired to do and hire those that will. This is just ridiculious that they are accusing Mal of scamming. UGH! Very fustrating to see how things end up working with that game. I will stop at that otherwise I might say something to offend someone here.

No, Goth's list is wide open actually....but she has so many warnings the last 30 days not sure how long she will be in the game....

I am not sure they were for me or room warnings but with a grand total of 5 it is a crap shoot.

So I may play another one of my characters for awhile...right now I am taking a self imposed sabbatical before I say something in the game that will generate a permanent ban.

Riser got his flips back from staff? There goes the value. If everytime someone gets scammed or tricked they just issue a replacement, it will kill the values of stuff. They should delete the stuff from the thief ban them for 10,000 years and then give a new one to the victim.

Form letters are worst then nothing at all. It tells me that VMK received my email complaint but chose to do nothing while trying to make me think they did. In fact the only thing it does really tell me is that VMK doesn't care and they doesn't mind if I know it or not.

True be told, until the customer (me) tells VMK I'm satisfied with the outcome then the complaint is still open and valid. Just because they ignore the complaint doesn't mean it has been satisfied. All that does is add fuel to the fire against VMK customer service.

im so sorry about your inferno. I know how it feels i have been scammed when i was new to vmk and didn't know much about the players. It makes me really mad to think that vmk players could be so dishonest.

VMK_Shorty is an idiot. Plain and simple. I have sent two questions and both times he responded, it was clear he did not read the email.


Mal, I am so sorry. :hug: It sounds like favortism. It sounds like the scammer is being protected....and this idiot person working for VMK must not know how to read. After all, why in the world would you report your own character for scamming you when all you simply had to do was trade it back.

Great point ;) I think what he was trying to say without saying it was I was trying to scam VMK into giving me another inferno.

If they would like to check every acct I and my son have for this inferno they are welcome to do so, since we do not have it!
