Wow...just wow
Amazing how that ends up turned around on you even when the proof is given.
And as for the form letters, Disney is VERY well known for those no matter where you are emailing. I've had to email back things more then once in the past with different parts of Disney to get answers to questions. They don't read anything and don't seem to care to read it cause they are probably not paid much for dealing with the email. Which is really no excuse but sometimes you have to read them to make sure answers are given right. Otherwise you end up with angry and disappointed customers. And if it is a staff shortage then fix it or make sure they do their jobs better. I totally agree with what Laurabearz said. If something doesn't change with alot of matters in the game and those who are suppose to be helping in Disney with problems and looking into things then its only going to get worse and the end of the game will come fast. Which will be sad but Disney has got to change things to make the game safe again for kids. Put the money in it if that is what is needed. Fire those that don't do the job they are hired to do and hire those that will. This is just ridiculious that they are accusing Mal of scamming. UGH! Very fustrating to see how things end up working with that game. I will stop at that otherwise I might say something to offend someone here.

If it's a staff shortage issue, then Disney really needs to look at the big picture and either drop VMK like a rock(becuase it is becoming more and more unsafe for kids), or put some money into it.
