Hey everyone, This will be our first Oogie Boogie Bash, what is the process for trick or treating with someone with allergies? I've read you just request it at each station, i know there are multiple treat spots per trail..... do you request per treat stop??? What sorts of things will they have? Has anyone done this or experienced it yet for 2024??? Thanks so much for your help. of course we wouldnt want to hold up the whole line either while they take our a separate bin. thanks!

I didn't go this year, but I have been several times in the past. You will need to ask at each station within the trail and not every station will have something. How difficult are the allergies? If it's something like peanuts, you'll most likely be able to get something from each station. If it's gluten/dairy, you'll probably need to know ahead of time what's in everything as the people who hand out the treats won't know.

Most of the stops are individually wrapped candy. Sometimes, they have cookies, goldfish crackers, grapes, raisins, carrots and apples. I have never asked for allergy related items, but I have asked for "the healthy alternative" which is usually the fruit, but sometimes it's the Pirate Booty (which isn't healthy, but I guess it's not candy).
