Ony comments on our ADRs for 5/29-6/4 - Good or bad choices?

Celebrating our 35th anniversary, DW and I made the following ADR's (we're staying at Coronado Springs):
Sunday - Dinner at Narcoossee's (including water pageant and fireworks from the porch)
Monday - Dinner at Hollywood Brown Derby (HS) (voucher for Fantasmic)
Tuesday - Dinner at Cape May Café (Beach Club resort)
Wednesday - Lunch at Tony's Town Square Restaurant (MK)
Wednesday - Dinner at California Grill (including fireworks)
Thursday - outside WDW
Friday - Dinner at Monsieur Paul (Epcot)
Saturday - Breakfast at Las Ventanas (CS)
Any suggestions/comments/warnings regarding our choices would be very welcome!

I think you did great! We went to Brown Derby on our Honeymoon and loved it, as well as California Grill which was one of my favorite Disney meals ever. Happy anniversary!

These look great! I've not been to Tony's or Monsieur Paul's but the rest I've had a great or amazing meal at. Good job!!
