Onsite Hotel Discount Release Dates

Is there any rhyme or reason as to when DL would announce room discounts? I couldn't find a historical chart of past releases as WDW has on mousesavers site.

Probably will just book a room only, then try to flip it to better deal. Guess i'll have to call, when checking my AAA site it said there was no availability but i see plenty on the DL site proper.

We'll be visiting value season (either end of January or early February), any idea when room only or discounted packages might be released based upon past experience?

duh, how did i miss that? TU Hopefully another buy 3 or 4 night get one free will be released.
