Only Las Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie open early?

We are planning a morning at Epcot and i see that Las Halles in France is open at 9am. Are there any other QS locations in world showcase open at park opening? or is this the only one?


We are going during flower and garden and the plan is just a few hours 9am to noon - so i know we will be able to hit some of the food carts after 11am.

I believe the bakery in Norway and the Mexico quick service have been opening early since Frozen Ever After opened. I haven't been in a while, though, so maybe someone who's been recently could speak to if they're still opening early.

On the WDW site it shows Norway opening at 9am with the park. Mexico quick service shows 10:00 opening, so before the rest of the world showcase but not at park open.
