Make sure you watch the Electric Water Pageant. They'll have the hours posted somewhere at the resort. (I believe the hours are published on this site somewhere, but darned if I know where. It's 9:30-10:00 p.m.-ish.) If your room faces Bay Lake, you'll be able to see it from there. If your room faces the Magic Kingdom or you want to see it closer, you can view it from the marina.
Definitely go up to the top floor and go out onto the observation deck at some point. What a view! You can see Epcot and MGM from there, as well as the Magic Kingdom.
The slide at the pool is a great one! Your daughter will enjoy that.
Last, if you have some time in the morning, take a boat ride from the CR marina to either Fort Wilderness or the Wilderness Lodge. Very enjoyable.
