Online reservation open time

What time can you start making your dining reservations online? I thought someone said 6:00 am for online and 9:00 or 10:00 for phone reservations.

I heard 6 am for online. Disney dinning opens at 7 am (407-wdw-dine)

I made reservations 6 am this morning online with no problems - wanted Kouzina - so got on the phone at 7 am and was told to hold and time would be about 30 minutes, will call back later for this one.

This morning online opened at 6 a.m. and phone system at 7 a.m. all eastern standard time.
