You better sit down, here's a shocker. Online services is having issues this morning, at least for some of us. When I try to log on, the system doesn't recognize my password. When I called, they knew immediately it was a system problem. I have only been logging on for 3 days, but so far, there seems to be an issue a day.
 
Sorry you are impacted. Hope they figure it out soon.
 
I got locked out too. They were very nice in walking me through the fix. Told me to look for the e-mail with a new password, but it never came. Now the system doesn't even recognize my e-mail :worried: Glad I won't be needing to book my next trip until next month!
 

Yes, they are having issues and not just DVC. I cannot log into any Disney owned site!! I have accounts at DVC, Disney, movie rewards, ESPN and ABC. I spoke with member services because i thought I was hacked. They admit a problem and are working on it. Apparently, not everyone is affected, but a little worried that I had lost my info. and upcoming reservations.

Keep your fingers crossed that they fix this today.

Well - I confess up front I am a new DVC Member so (trying to) log in every couple of hours to look at my points is still a big deal to me - especially over a 3 day holiday weekend!

So, after two full days of not being able to log in to Member Services or any other Disney Account, and two full days of calling to be told don't worry, it will be up in an hour, a DVC Member finally looked into my records and told me there were some problems. She also took my info and said I would receive an email in 3-5 days.
 
Another unlucky member here who can't get into my membership - I hate when the Disney techies are working on any Disney site because what I have been fearing has happened to me now and no timeline as to when I can expect access again!
 
I had the same issue on Monday. Called DVC Member Services Monday night and was told they were having technical issues and did not know when it would be corrected. Was still having issues yesterday so called Disney's help line and was told my account had been deactivated. They could not tell me when or why but said my last login was on 2/17 which was correct. They re-activated my account and reset my password. I can now get online with DVC and all other Disney websites but unfortunately lost all my reservations that were stored in My Disney Experience. Sent an email about this and am waiting to hear back.
