Today is my 180 day mark so I tried to use online dining to book form work, got the "reservation not recognised" message so when I got home called member services using my cell phone from the UK thanks to my landline and broadband being down (grrr), Managed to get Sana and Yaughtsman BUT could not get Chefs De France, Ohana and Trails end as apparantly they are "not downloaded onto the system yet", how difficult can disney make it to book its resturaunts!
. I got every single reservation plus the times I wanted except for one. I wanted the Afternoon Tea at GF and the CM said that Disney didn't have it loaded into their system yet therefore I should call back in a couple of days. Well, this was the day before the recent FD promotion was set to open up to the public so I decided to call early the next day (Monday morning, the day FD went public) and sure enough I was able to make the reservation at the time I wanted without any problems. So my suggestion is to call everyday until you get what you want. Good luck.
Now I can only see my resort reservations and none of my dining ones
How can a company as huge as Disney have such a lousy website
