Online Checkin

Just wondering if anyone else is having the same issues I am having. We are doing a split stay and due to free dining we have 3 separate reservations. Each has the option appearing to complete on-line check-in.

I have tried a number of different times and days and for different reservations but each time I get to the last screen and agree to the T&C's I get an error message saying "We are unable to complete your Online CheckIn at this time."

I have tried both IE and Firefox with same result. It seems to save all the details except for our PIN number.

Anyone having the same issue or know if it is OK and to ignore it?

I had 2 ressies and did online check-in for the first one. I *think* I had a similar message and thought I had completely stuffed up online check-in. I didn't even bother to check-in for the second ressie because the first time round didn't seem to work and also because I was on the road and refused to go near any sort of screen.

Turns out...when I got to the resort....that I had correctly checked in online. They had all my paperwork ready and waiting for me. Hopefully it works out the same for you.

The MDE check in has been intermittent. I managed to do it before it 'crashed', but then couldn't modify. A couple of days ago it was working but must have died again! There is another website you can use... I am not 100% sure if you can do your PINs on this (but you might) - www.mydisneyreservation.com

ETA I think some people have reported that they are getting the error message, but the rest of their check in does go through -links for online check in change to 'modify your check in' - you might just need to wait till it's working 100% again to add PINs.

Oh and one other thing I read is that some people tried multiple times in one sitting and on the third or so go it worked. Gotta love chance lol!

I'm still having the same problem. Everything saved except the pins so we'll see what happens down the track. Not going to worry about it atm as there is still lots of time.

FP+ and MB available now for December arrivals. Be sure to "modify check in" this will open up the MB customisation.

Thanks for the feedback. Will cross fingers and see what happens. Worse case is we have to check-in again when we get there.

We had to get Disney It guys to fix our MDE so we could do Fastpass+ reservations and customise our Magic Bands. Still having an issue with 2 out of our 3 reservations.
