Online Checkin Questions

When you do the online checkin and have already paid for the dining plan, does the resort desk already have your room keys printed and in the checkin folder you receive? Can the primary person pick up the packet for all?

Can you do online checkin and elect not to put a credit card on file?

All KTTW cards are in the welcome packet regardless of having a dining plan or not. Any adult (age 18+) listed on the room reservation can pickup the welcome packet. I believe that a CC# is optional during on-line check-in.
