Online checkin - arrival time

I was doing online check-in today and our SSR check in did not ask me for arrival time. It did ask me under room preferences if I would be arriving early if a room ready was more important than other requests. Then I went to check in our BRV part of the stay and it asked me for our arrival time.

Does anyone know why they were different? I was hoping I could indicate on the SSR check-in that we would be there at 9am.

That's odd. I even went back after I checked in to BRV to see if I missed it but nothing is there.

The info would maybe help the room assigner to give you an empty room from the night prior but that's about it.

IMO the request sections when checking in online have never made much sense.

If the SSR portion of your trip is the *first* part of the trip and you have a DME reservation booked to get you there from MCO, then the system doesn't ask for arrival time. It picks up the arrival time from your flight info.
