This July will be our first dvc stay.....if I checkin online today....can i then add the dining plan in a week or so???

You can add the dining plan anytime up to 2 days prior to arrival. The dining plan will need to be paid for in full when added to the DVC room reservation.

The fact that you've completed on-line check-in does not prevent you from adding or removing it.

Can you check-in online now for a July reservation or is it still limited to 10 days prior to arrival date?

It is now 60 days, in line with on-line check-in for Disney in general
