Online Check In

For the last 2 days i have tried to do my online checkin, it lets me check in but when i put in i want to be near transportation as my room request, it tells me the system can not do that and to try back later, this happen to anyone else? any suggestions? we are not picking about which room we would just like to be closer to stadium hall then back in the homerun portion of the hotel. thanks

The online system is not reliable for requests; it is really not meant to do so.

Requests should be attached to your reservation at the time of securing your ressie, until about six days before you arrive. About three to five days before you arrive, the computer rolls over the ressies to the resort, and the computer automatically sorts the requests for the room assigners.

Most likely, if you have waited this long to make a request, it may be too late. Call CRO and find out if they still can add it to your reservation.

I always just add the near transportation on when doing online, because i am not really picky about the room. I always wait til the online checkin date and never had this occur before. the error i am getting is We were unable to add your special occasions or room requests. Please try again or call (407) W-DISNEY or (407) 934-7639. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to dial this number.

i just found it strange, no big deal to me, after all i am going to be in disney and i make sure i am worry free while i am there.

I used online check in two days a go and had no problem, however the only request I had was a play in pack in our room.

im not going to stress, we land at MCO at 9:25 so we will be arriving early anyway, maybe i can ask the CM to move us to a closer building if we end up all the way in the back.

We land at 9:30 on the same day. We are going to ASMu.....maybe I'll see you in the ME line

looks like a good possibility. This is a multi purpose trip, its our XMAS present, my daughters 18th birthday present and sadly probably our last trip together for several years, she is leaving to attend LSU in August so her travel time will be limited. hope the weather stays nice for us. and i hope you can keep the secret for the next 9 days!
