Online Check in with Linked Res

I've done online check in a few times before, but this time I noticed that my linked reservation is showing as Room 1 and Room 2. I assume that this is the only way they could deal with linked reservations, but now I'm a little nervous that we'll have to move rooms.

Has anyone else had this situation and if so, was there a problem with staying in one room?

I would appreciate any info. Thanks.

I had three reservations linked, but my room key was for the entire range of dates. No checking in/out or moving.
