Online check in photo look different

So usually before my trip I shave my beard, what happens if I take my check in photo with a bread then show up at port without it? Will this be an issue?

The change in facial hair is fine. It is also okay in regards to your passport photo. And hair cut, hair color can change.

If they need to, Disney can always take your picture at the port. They did this for my wife last month.

I can confirm that shaving before getting onboard doesn't create an issue for DCL.

It DID, however, create an issue for me every time I got onboard the ship after a day in port and saw a photo of the sweet, glorious, shimmering man-fur I removed before leaving for the cruise pop up on the security officer's screen ...

You should be fine. But, it might create some confusion onboard. Not on DCL, but when I sailed Princess earlier this year, in my 'ID photo' I had long, straight hair. By the time I cruised I had short, curly hair. I had no issues at port getting on the ship, but many of the bartenders had a bit of a time recognizing me at first because my hair was so different.
